Call out the guards!! Jail Dogs on the loose! Dachshunds that have broken out of prison is the theme this year. Big dog heads, striped uniforms, ball and chain. The kids along the parade route enjoyed the dog theme as much as everyone else enjoyed the criminal aspect.
